SPINACH MANDARIN SALAD Fresh spinach leaves, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, feta cheese, tomato wedges, and poppyseed dressing.

All entrees include chef's selection of garden vegetables, potato or rice, fresh baked bread, dessert, and choice of beverage.

CHICKEN BREAST MARSALA Seasoned medallions smothered in a flavorful mushroom and marsala wine sauce.
STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST Filled with our Chef's own herb dressing, with Poulette Sauce.
TRADITIONAL ROAST TURKEY BREAST Sliced white turkey breast accompanied with fresh herb stuffing, cranberries and turkey gravy.
ROAST PORK Slow roasted pork loin, served with apple sauerkraut and rosemary demi-glaze.
TILAPIA Baked filet served with a lemon Beurre Blanc and garnished with fresh chives.

Upon your reservation, a 10% non-refundable deposit is due within ten (10) days of receiving the contract.
Final payment and exact menu counts are due three (3) weeks prior to your function date.
